Acknowledgment of Spa Policies

We strive to create a serene, reliable experience for every guest. Thank you for reviewing and honoring the guidelines that help keep Beautiful You Laser & Aesthetics a peaceful haven.

  • Cancellation Policy: By booking an appointment, you agree to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee, which must be paid in full before any future bookings can be confirmed.
  • No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without notice will also result in a 50% charge, payable prior to rebooking.
  • Late Arrivals: If I arrive late, I understand that my service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and I will still be responsible for the full service fee.
  • Prepayment Requirement: Any outstanding balances must be settled before booking or receiving additional services.

Appointment Booking & Attendance Policy

Booking Accuracy

Please ensure all appointments are booked under the name of the person receiving the service.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else (such as a family member or friend), the appointment must be made under their name at the time of booking.

This helps us prepare properly, as each service is tailored to each individual client.

Customized Service Timing

Our services are customized to each client, and appointment times are scheduled based on individual needs.

If a different person attends the appointment than originally booked, we may not have enough time allocated to complete the service.

In these cases, we may need to adjust, reschedule, or decline the appointment.

Appointment Changes

If there are any changes to who will be attending the appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us with as much notice as possible.

This allows us to adjust timing and ensure we can accommodate everyone properly.

Late Arrival Policy

We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are subject to a no-show fee, and the appointment will be cancelled.

Unfortunately, we are unable to continue appointments for clients arriving beyond this grace period, as it impacts the rest of the schedule.

Scheduling Considerations

Our schedule is carefully planned to accommodate all clients throughout the day.

Repeated last-minute changes, late arrivals, or incorrect bookings may result in:

  • A request for non-refundable deposit for each appointment booked
  • Or limitations on future bookings

Respect for Time

We truly value both our clients’ time and our team’s time.

Following these policies helps us ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Gift Card Policy

To redeem a gift card purchased prior to October 1, 2025, the physical gift card must be presented at the time of the appointment.

This allows us to verify and confirm the balance before applying it to your service. We are unable to redeem any amount without the physical card present.

Artificial Nail Replacement Policy

At our salon, we take pride in the quality of our work and want every client to leave satisfied with their nails. Please note below our repair policy.

Quality Guarantee (First 3 Days)

If you experience any quality-related issues with your artificial nails within 3 days of your new set or nail fill appointment, we will gladly repair the affected nail(s) complimentary. Quality issues may include lifting, breakage, or product failure that occurs.

Replacement After First Repair

If an additional repair is required after the initial complimentary fix has already been completed, the service will be provided at 50% of the regular price.

Important Notes

  • Repairs must be completed by our salon to qualify for the guarantee.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care may not be covered under the complimentary repair policy.
  • Clients must notify the salon within the 3-day window to qualify for the complimentary repair.
  • All complimentary repairs are provided at the discretion of the salon.

At our spa, we take pride in offering a peaceful, relaxing, and positive experience for every client who visits us.

To ensure a peaceful and safe experience for everyone, please attend your appointment alone—unless you are joining friends or family who have bookings during that time as well.

Please note that young children and unscheduled guests cannot be accommodated during appointments. While we absolutely adore little ones, the spa setting is not a safe environment for them — with hot wax, sharps, and professional-grade products and chemicals in use, it can pose serious safety risks.

Additionally, extra guests can cause distractions, service delays, and affect the quality of care we provide — and we want your experience to be nothing short of perfect. 😌

Should this policy not be met, we’ll be happy to assist in rescheduling your appointment for a time when you’re able to come alone.
